Is the car shared with other travellers?
Never. Every excursion is private: the car or van and the driver are for your group only, from pickup to drop-off.
How do I pay?
You pay your driver at the end of the day, in euros or dinars. There is no card to enter and no deposit when you book.
How is my booking confirmed?
We confirm by email, usually within two hours, with the pickup time and a fixed price for the car. If anything is unclear we contact you on WhatsApp.
Can I cancel or change the date?
Yes. Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before pickup, and you can move the date if a car is free on the new day.
How many people can travel together?
From one to twelve. The price depends on the size of the vehicle your group needs, never on the number of seats.
Do you have child seats?
Yes, free of charge. Tell us the age of each child when you book so the right seats are in the car.
Can we add a licensed guide?
Yes. Our drivers know the roads and the sites but are not licensed guides. We can add an official guide to any day for a fee if you ask 48 hours ahead.
Can you plan a day that is not on the site?
Often, yes. Send us the places you have in mind on WhatsApp and we will tell you honestly whether they fit in one day, and what it costs.
